The City Council tonight will answer questions about rules and restrictions at Brea Skate Park, planned for Arovista Park on Imperial Highway. The council is set to vote on whether the 8,000-square-foot facility would be available for uses other than skateboarding, in-line skating and roller skating. The council also will vote on final plans for the $170,000 skate park and whether to begin accepting bids for construction, which could begin as soon as July.
