CalTrans is scheduled to reopen the northbound Orangewood Avenue offramp from the 57 Freeway on Friday. The reworking of the ramp was part of a northbound freeway widening from the Chapman Avenue offramp to the Orangewood Avenue onramp. The work was included in the $1.1-billion I-5 North Improvement Project, expected to be completed sometime next year, and funded primarily by Measure M.
