The Orange County Fair Board has selected themes for next year’s Youth Expo and Orange County Fair. The 108th fair, scheduled for July 14 to 30, will be themed “Hot! Hot! Hot! We’re Spicin’ It Up.” The theme was selected as a tribute to the pepper industry and will emphasize how the flavors and textures of peppers are appreciated in various cultures.
The theme for Youth Expo 2000, April 14 to 16, will be “Heroes, Feats & the California Beat,” in honor of amazing people and their achievements.
