ABC Child Development has leased 11,582 square feet of space in the Rosemead Business Park for its new headquarters in El Monte. The 10-year lease is valued at $1.9 million. Ed Indvik and Matt Michelson of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Mark Gabay of Charles Dunn Co. was the broker for the building owner.

JSM Amalfi bought a 5,014-square-foot office building at 1523 6th St. in Santa Monica for $1.4 million from the Watson Family Partnership. Kitty Wallace of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer and seller.
