The City Council will vote tonight on an $11,000 contract with Toal Engineering to prepare topographic maps and grading plans for a slope on Vista Plaza Drive that was damaged during the 1998 El Nino storms.
Council members will also discuss scheduling interviews with applicants for the Laguna Niguel Youth Committee.
The council will meet at 7 p.m. in the council chamber at City Hall, 27841 La Paz Road.
