The Brea Community Center is now offering an extended day camp for youth ages 5 to 12 from Aug. 21 to Sept. 1.

The camp offers day-care solutions for parents between the end of the city’s traditional summer camp and the start of the next school year. Campers can go swimming and involve themselves with arts, crafts and sports. Cost is $105 per week per child and includes all excursions. Camp hours are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Registration is first come, first served, with space limited to 50 participants.
