City Hall will host a community meeting Thursday to let a development firm talk about its future plans in Brea.
The Olson Co. recently submitted a proposal for a 34-acre, 150-home project to be built at the northwest corner of Birch Street and Valencia Avenue. The tract would include a sports park with ball fields, play areas, picnic areas and game courts.
Olson representatives will outline the details of their plans to residents at the meeting and will answer questions from the audience.
The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in Community Room A, on the second floor of the Brea Civic & Cultural Center, 1 Civic Center Circle. Information: (714) 990-7674.
