Easyriders’ 2nd Quarter Ends With $5.6-Million Loss

Easyriders Inc. of Agoura Hills reported a net loss of $5.6 million for the second quarter ended June 30, compared with a net loss of $3.6 million for the same period last year. Revenue dipped to $7.3 million from $8 million.
The company also announced an agreement to sell its El Paso Bar-B-Que restaurants to Culinary Holdings Inc. of Newport Beach. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Easyriders is a diversified publishing, retail and entertainment company aimed at motorcycle owners and the motorcycle industry.
