North American Scientific Inc. of Chatsworth reported net income for the third quarter ended July 31 of $1.5 million, compared with $1 million for the third quarter of the previous year. Sales increased 29% to $4.5 million from $3.4 million.
North American Scientific manufactures products for medical therapeutic and diagnostic, environmental and research applications.
