Donny Daniels got his first victory as Titan coach with a big boost from Ike Harmon.
Harmon scored 28 points, 21 in the first half, as Fullerton--before 1,013 at Titan Gym--avoided an 0-4 start for the second consecutive season.
The victory was the Titans’ first since they won at UC Irvine in late January. Fullerton ended last season with an 11-game losing streak.
Harmon had played only six minutes in Fullerton’s loss to Pepperdine earlier in the week after a two-game suspension for violating team policy. He also had been sidelined for four weeks before that because of a foot injury.
It was the first loss in five games for the Argonauts, an National Assn. of Intercollegiate Athletics team from San Francisco.
