A parade and cultural fair on Feb. 5 will kick off Black History Month in Santa Ana. The parade begins at 10 a.m. at 15th Street and Broadway, travels south to Civic Center and then west to Santa Ana Stadium. The fair, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., follows the parade at the Civic Center parking lot. Information: (714) 571-4275.
