Global Systems Buys Pipeline Solutions

Global Systems Integration Inc. an Irvine maker of automation and technology products and services to integrate electronic business, said Tuesday that it has acquired a Sacramento area provider of loan origination software.
Terms of the deal for Pipeline Solutions in Orangevale were not disclosed.
Global Systems said in a press release that Pipeline’s software allows non-technical business users to increase efficiency and simplify the often cumbersome loan origination process.
