The third annual summer blues free concert series gets underway at Irvine Regional Park beginning at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. The last concert is scheduled Aug. 17 at the park at 1 Irvine Park Road. Participants are invited to bring a picnic. Orange County Harbors, Beaches and Parks, in association with the Southern California Blues Society, will host the event. Information: (714) 527-0232.
