Public Invited to Help Maintain Trails

The Conejo Open Space Conservation Agency is sponsoring its 10th annual Trail Work Day on Saturday for local trail users and others who enjoy open space.
Volunteers will board buses at Conejo Community Center in Thousand Oaks at 7:30 a.m. Trail work will take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by a free barbecue.
Participants should bring a water bottle, gloves, hat and sun screen and wear protective clothing and sturdy shoes.
A Trek 7000 mountain bike, valued at $930, will be raffled off at the barbecue. For more information, call (805) 381-2741.
