* Comerica Inc., Michigan’s largest bank, said it completed its $1.3-billion stock purchase of Inglewood-based Imperial Bancorp, expanding in California.
* Bergen Brunswig Corp. of Orange, the third-biggest U.S. drug wholesaler, said it signed a four-year agreement valued at $220 million to supply generic drugs to Costco Wholesale Corp. Bergen shares rose 40 cents to close at $18.85 on the NYSE.
