Investing in Rentals: This is a series of two-hour workshops on tips from Eugene E. Vollucci, director for the Center for Real Estate Studies and author of the book “How to Buy and Sell Apartments” (John Wiley & Sons).
Location: All will be held at various sites of the University of Phoenix Learning Centers: Tuesday in Woodland Hills at 5955 De Soto Ave., Wednesday in Fountain Valley at 10540 Talbert Ave. and Thursday in Gardena at 1515 W. 190th St.
