Facing Terror

Thank you for “Face Terror With Better Spying, Not Moats of Fear” (Commentary, July 10). It hit just the right note. To quote Franklin Roosevelt’s famous words when the economy was in free fall, “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” Indeed, our worst enemy is not terror and terrorists, but the fear of terror.
