Small Temblor Hits; No Damage Reported

A minor earthquake rattled parts of Humboldt County early Tuesday morning. It had a preliminary magnitude of 3.9, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
It hit at 3:46 a.m., the agency said. No damage was reported.
