Court Orders Argentine Extradited to Spain

Mexico’s Supreme Court ordered the extradition of an Argentine former naval officer to Spain on charges of genocide and terrorism.
Ricardo Miguel Cavallo is accused of crimes during Argentina’s 1976-83 military dictatorship, under which thousands of people were executed or “disappeared.” He denies the charges.
