Ex-Marine Pleads Guilty to Abducting Schoolgirl

A former U.S. Marine who wooed a 12-year-old British schoolgirl over the Internet for months before jetting off to Paris with her pleaded guilty to abducting the girl.
Toby Studabaker, 32, of Michigan, who flew from the United States to meet the girl in July, also admitted incitement to gross indecency at the start of his trial. He denied knowing her age. Studabaker will be sentenced April 2.
