Ventura Man Dies in Car Crash Off PCH

A 21-year-old Ventura man was found dead in his car after it had crashed off Pacific Coast Highway, authorities said Tuesday.
On Monday morning, a jogger noticed an Oldsmobile 88 on rocks in the water south of Sycamore Cove.
California Highway Patrol officers found the body of Joshua R. Alamillo in the car. Alamillo, who had not been wearing a seat belt, suffered major head injuries, CHP officials said.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
