* The average U.S. interest rate on a 30-year, fixed mortgage fell last week for the second straight week, dropping to 5.91% from 5.93%, according to mortgage giant Freddie Mac. The rate for a 15-year fixed mortgage fell to an average 5.46% from 5.48%. The one-year adjustable interest rate rose to 4.3% from 4.23%.
