Re “Panel OKs Diesel Bus Trade-Off,” Oct. 21
Perhaps one reason why “clean” diesel won’t be around for another four years is because, rather than rushing to meet clean air standards through R&D;, the engine manufacturers poured more money and resources into L&L; -- lawyers and lobbyists.
