Re “Kaiser Marketing Practices Investigated,” June 1
I received all correspondence from Kaiser about the transfer from outside physicians to Kaiser staff physicians, including the pamphlet with the names and small descriptions of the doctors available. I’ve already called in and registered with my choice, which is effective July 1.
Kaiser was clear that there had to be this change for us.
