Villagers Protest Shooting of Teenager

More than 100 people blockaded a highway near the capital to protest alleged police brutality during a riot in which a 14-year-old boy was shot dead.
The protesters, mostly subsistence farmers, demanded the release of 140 people arrested during and after the riot that broke out Wednesday in San Salvador Atenco, about 14 miles northeast of Mexico City.
