In praise of Kucinich

Re “Kucinich seeks Cheney impeachment,” April 25
It’s about time! Thank you, Rep. Dennis J. Kucinich (D-Ohio), for showing courage, backbone and initiative. This gives me hope that there may be some justice after all.
Moreover, this will set a precedent that political servants who are arrogant, impudently lie and wreck lives, condone torture, misuse taxpayer funds to help their friends, skirt or skew our laws and ignore or try to expunge ordinary people’s rights will not be ignored but treated like any other citizen who commits similar crimes.
The thought that we can have hope, that there can be justice in our country and that our public servants will be held accountable gives me great joy.
