Campbell agrees to sell Godiva

Campbell Soup Co. said it agreed to sell its Godiva Chocolatier brand to Turkish food company Yildiz Holding for $850 million.
Godiva’s annual sales are around $500 million. Campbell, which said in August that it was looking for a buyer for the brand, owns about 450 Godiva retailers that account for about two-thirds of Godiva’s sales.
