Indictment in Hudson slayings

A murder indictment was issued in Chicago against the man charged with killing the mother, brother and nephew of actress Jennifer Hudson. No new details or charges were outlined in the indictment against William Balfour, 27, who faces first-degree murder and home invasion charges.
