L.A. foodies never fully recovered from the loss of Michel Richard’s famed Cal-French restaurant Citrus after it closed in 2001. Now Richard is back. Sort of. He has lent his name and expertise to the new Citrus at the chic night-life venue Social Hollywood. The menu is his, and the chef de cuisine, Remi Lauvand, has been trained by him. The space -- in the dining room of the former Hollywood Athletic Club -- is a splendid study in posh lime green.
