Fire and law enforcement officers Saturday were investigating the cause of a Friday-night blaze that heavily damaged the Holy Apostolic Catholic Assyrian Church of the East, at 5955 Lindley Avenue.
Dozens of parishioners had watched as firefighters extinguished the blaze, which had begun about 6:30 p.m., in less than 30 minutes.
