Actors Jane Kaczmarek and Bradley Whitford have put their San Marino estate on the market at $6.7 million, the Multiple Listing Services shows.
The 1924 Italian Renaissance Revival villa sits on more than an acre of land. Original formal gardens border the back lawn, which leads to a swimming pool, a spa, a secluded guesthouse and additional gardens. In total, there are six bedrooms, six bathrooms and 6,769 square feet of living space.
A hallway has a sweeping staircase, coffered ceilings and an inlaid patterned floor. The library has walls of leaded glass.
Kaczmarek, 54, played the no-nonsense mother of four boys on “Malcolm in the Middle” (2000-06) and a judge on “Raising the Bar” (2008-09).
Whitford, 50, starred as deputy chief staff Josh Lyman on “The West Wing” from 1999 to 2006 and as Danny Tripp on “Studio 60” (2006-07).
The property was purchased in 2004 for $5.9 million.
The listing agents are Richard von Ernst of Sotheby’s International Realty, Pasadena, and Kerin Cantwell of Coldwell Banker’s San Marino office, according to the MLS.
