A Hollywood Hills West residence owned by Arianne de Kwiatkowski, daughter of late business magnate and former Calumet Farm owner Henryk de Kwiatkowski, is listed for sale at $2.995 million.
Built in the 1930s, the two-story traditional sits back from the street among a blanket of mature trees and privacy hedges. The 2,000 square feet of living space features a great room with beamed ceilings and a stone fireplace that opens to a large entertainer’s patio through bi-folding doors.
An updated kitchen, a breakfast area, two bedrooms and 2.25 bathrooms are among the other living spaces. Outdoors, a one-bedroom guest house sits adjacent to a pool. A terrace gardens, a running stream and a waterfall complete the relaxed setting.
Paul Czako of Gussman Czako Estates is the listing agent for the property, which last sold in 2010 for $1.61 million.
De Kwiatkowski previously managed and lived at Calumet Farm, developed as a standardbred farm by William Wright in the 1920s, for more than two decades up until it was sold in 2012 for $36 million. The storied equestrian property has produced eight Kentucky Derby winners and two Triple Crown winners over the last eight decades.
