Celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak aims for a quick home flip in Hollywood

Months after buying a modern farmhouse in Hollywood, celebrity trainer and fitness author Harley Pasternak is ready to work out a deal. The home, built last year, is on the market for $3.575 million or up for rent at $16,990 per month.

The asking price is a sharp spike compared to October, when he bought the estate for $3.13 million, records show.

Wood shingles touch up the façade, and inside, wide-plank floors and white-painted brick walls fill the 4,767-square-foot floor plan.

The main area holds a living room with a fireplace, a dining area topped by a modern chandelier, a wine closet, a family room and an indoor-outdoor kitchen with stone countertops. Walls of glass unfold to a fenced backyard with a pool and spa.

The master bedroom, an expansive space under vaulted ceilings, opens to a marble-splashed bathroom on one side and a private balcony on the other. In total, the two-story dwelling holds five bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Harley’s wife, Jessica Pasternak of Compass, holds the listing.

A personal trainer to the stars, Pasternak has worked with Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga and Jessica Simpson, among others. In addition, he authored the books “The 5-Factor Diet” and “The Body Reset Diet.”
