Robert Picardo of the “Star Trek: Voyager” and “StarGate” series has listed a Tudor-style home in Pasadena for $7.2 million.
The Craftsman/English Tudor was designed by architect Myron Hunt and built in 1913. Beyond the grand foyer is a living room, a sun room, a formal dining room, a family room, a kitchen with a butler’s pantry and two powder rooms. Upstairs, the 8,742-square-foot house has a game room, six bedrooms, five bathrooms and attic storage.
A 927-square-foot guesthouse with two bedrooms sits above the three-car garage, which has a workshop, a changing room and a bathroom. More than an acre of grounds includes mature trees, lawn, a swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen/patio area.
Picardo, 60, will be in this year’s TV movie “Star Trek: Renegades.” Fans may remember him for his Emmy-nominated work as Coach Cutlip on “The Wonder Years.”
He bought the property in 2000 for $1.765 million, public records show.
Barbara Rogers of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.
