Legends This new crime drama stars Sean Bean (“Game of Thrones”) as an FBI agent who is exceptionally gifted when it comes to transforming himself completely as he moves from one deep-undercover operation to another. Suits In this new episode, Sean (Neal McDonough) begins a round of depositions as the SEC investigation comes to a head and no one at the firm is safe and no topic is off the table. Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams and Gina Torres star with guest stars Eric Roberts and Zeljko Ivanek. 9 p.m. USA

Wahlburgers The unscripted series set in a Boston hamburger joint co-owned by celebrity siblings Mark and Donnie Wahlberg returns with a second season premiere that features New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski. 10 p.m. A&E

Franklin & Bash Following Infield’s arrest, Peter and Jared (Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Breckin Meyer) are put in charge of the firm in the season premiere, and their newest client is an eccentric archaeologist (Kevin Christy) who believes he has been unfairly locked out of an artifact-packed storage unit. Rhea Seehorn also guest stars 10 p.m. TNT
