Football: Billy Parra, Ceasar Sandoval join staffs at Crespi, West Ranch

Two former City Section head coaches, Billy Parra and Ceasar Sandoval, have joined Southern Section schools as assistant coaches.
Parra, the former coach at Granada Hills, will be the quarterback coach at Crespi.
Sandoval, a former Hollywood head coach who has been an assistant at Valley College, has joined the staff at West Ranch.
