* After what happened at the Riverside City Hall (“6 Wounded in Shootout at Riverside City Hall,” Oct. 7), maybe the government should ban postal workers. Won’t work? How about banning chess coaches? What about banning 48-year-old oppressed bachelors who write 57-page letters to President Clinton? How about banning creepy lawyers from Arkansas? What are we waiting for?
